Management Specialists has been managing our property since we purchased it in 2004. They came highly recommended from our realtor. True to his word, Management Specialists has been consistently efficient, professional and helpful in renting and maintaining our property. Over the years, the longest period of time that our place was vacant was only 2 months! (the market was really bad at that time!!). They’ve always followed the strict association rules and get right back to us whenever we have a question or a concern.
