Management Specialists has been around the Treasure Coast area helping property owners since 2000. We are the local leader in professional property management. Management Specialists helps our clients enjoy their free time and not stress about the day-to-day minutia that comes with being a landlord. Management Specialists has served the Martin and St. Lucie counties throughout the years, and established itself as a leader in the property management industry. With 25 successful years under our belt, we have continued to grow and add more properties to our portfolio for management.

Jeffrey B. Miller
Broker & Executive Property Manager
Jeffrey Miller is the owner and licensed Real Estate Broker for Management Specialists since 2014. He has over 18 years of continuous real estate experience in property management, leasing, asset sales, remodeling, project management, and investment analysis. He was a multi-million dollar real estate sales producer for over seven years with the local luxury brokerage firm, Water Pointe Realty Group located in Sewall’s Point. To date, he has over 500+ real estate transactions under his belt. He still sells millions of dollars of investment properties every year with Management Specialists. As the broker of Management Specialists, he currently oversees the leasing and management of hundreds of Florida residential, vacation, and commercial rental units from South Beach Fort Pierce to South Beach Miami.
Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Studies from Marylhurst University and an Associate’s Degree in Business from Valencia Community College. In addition, he earned his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Jeffrey is a proud veteran who honorably served in the U.S. Coast Guard for five years, from 2001 to the end of 2006. From 2008 to 2011, he served on the Realtor Association of Martin County Finance Committee. Jeffrey currently serves on the St. Lucie County Citizens Advisory Task Force (CATF) and is one of the co-founders and the current Vice President of the St. Lucie County Landlord Association.

Donna Caillier
Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor & Escrow Bookkeeper
Donna Caillier is one of our licensed residential property managers with Management Specialists, working with homeowners and investors to help market and manage their Florida real estate assets. She loves that every day is different from the next. Donna has been with Management Specialists since 2006 and lived in Martin County since 1996. In 2022, she moved to Tampa to be near her first grandchild and now works remotely full-time.
Part of Donna’s responsibilities are property maintenance, corresponding with owners, vendors, and tenants as well as escrow bookkeeping. Donna continues her property management education every year through annual updated coursework with NARPM. She oversees hundreds of local homes for Management Specialists and is an integral part of our company.

Marissa Corbo
Broker Associate, Property Manager & Leasing Agent
Marrisa Corbo is an experienced, licensed Broker Associate, Realtor, Property Manager, and Leasing Agent with over 21 years of experience in our local marketing. She currently holds 4 industry-recognized designations: ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). Part of Marissa’s responsibilities at Management Specialists include: showing property, marketing rentals & sales, move-in and move-out inspections, handling all lease renewals & ordering new leases, real estate sales, assisting with annual survey reports, and handling our commercial managed assets.

Anina Murray
Administrative Assistant
Anina is the administrative assistant to our management team. She has been with our company for over a year and during that short time, demonstrated an impressive ability to adapt to the team. She is extremely detailed, organized, and efficient in her position.
Prior to coming to work for the company, Anina simultaneously received her Associate of Arts Degree in English Education and High School Diploma. During her time as a college and high school student, she published undergraduate work in an academic journal and studied abroad in Greece with her college.
